Explore the beach and rocky shore, or tidal mud flats and estuaries to learn about the marine environment and uncover edible seafood, where to find or catch it and enjoy an insight into local history at the same time.

After you have found your foraged ingredients, from mussels to plants and crabs, you will be able to cook up a feast with your rich culinary pickings right there and then on a hand-made Solva Stove (a.k.a. Swedish Candle).

Indulge in two or three nights luxury bed and breakfast accommodation before joining expert coastal forager Craig Evans for a day of discovery on the Pembrokeshire Coast.
