Today is the day for Adelle, our exceptional Roch Castle Manager, who has risen through the ranks within the Retreats Group and is now poised to showcase her talents on a grand stage! Adelle is stepping into the spotlight at the prestigious Young Chef Young Waiter competition.
Since its inception in 1979, this esteemed contest has been dedicated to nurturing young talent in the realm of hospitality. It presents an exhilarating opportunity for all professional chefs and waiters under the age of 28 who call Wales their home and workplace.
As Adelle embarks on this journey today, she’ll have the chance to engage with some of Wales’ most prominent figures in the hospitality industry as they serve on the expert judging panel. Here, she’ll fine-tune her skills and forge invaluable connections with her competitors. It’s an experience that promises to be both demanding and incredibly fulfilling.
