If you’re looking for a scenic walking route in Pembrokeshire, Wales, the new footpath from Roch Castle to Newgale is an excellent choice. Starting at the lay-by by Midway Farm, the path winds through stunning countryside and takes you to Pinch Cottage, Newgale Beach, just under 1.5 miles each way.
One of the great things about this footpath is that it connects several other popular paths in the area. From Maidenhall car park, you can join the coast path, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline. And from Rainbolts Hill farm, you can cross the main road and follow a path to the bend just before Roch Castle.
The footpath is relatively easy to navigate, with some slight inclines and declines, but nothing too strenuous.
