Should you have to cancel your booking, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Please see below for cancellation fees.

More than 60 days, 30% of the booking costs
30 – 60 days, 75% of the booking costs
Less than 30 days, 100% of the booking costs

PLEASE NOTE THESE RATES ARE VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ENQUIRY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Rates are per night, a two-night minimum stay is required between November and March, and a two or three-night minimum stay is required between April and September.
